Where an event is organized jointly with a partner organization (e.g. a host institute), your data is shared with that organization for the same purpose.

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the registration form, and on our legitimate interest in organizing and administering the event.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to organize the event and fulfil any related legal or administrative obligations. Unless a longer retention period is specified for a particular event, registration data is deleted within 12 months after the event has taken place.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Registration confirmation emails include links that let you edit or cancel your registration directly.
